How Long Tidal Energy Has Been Around

Since 787 A.D. many places in Spain, France, and Great Britain used water mills. Tidal energy is one of the oldest forms of energy used by humans. The Spanish, French, and British coasts were the first places to use water mills. One  place in France opened in 1967, another place in Canada opened in 1984.There was even one in New York that was working until the 20th century. Tidal power is a nonpolluting, reliable and predictable source that has been around for a very long time.
